for :icong-manluver: 's qwilfish contest... a very under rated pokémon that I'm starting to like pretty much right now

very simple shape, I tought it was a good occasion to do some work with Illustrator

While drawing it I noticed that it got no fins... wich made my think "oh well, it must not be a really fast pokémon..." and then I read its Emerald pokédex entry: A QWILFISH uses the pressure of water it swallows to shoot toxic quills all at once from all over its body. It finds swimming to be somewhat challenging.

so I guess it doesn't swim very much...
